Received this for Christmas 2022 so haven't used a real long time yet but, so far absolutely loving it! I agree with others that suggested to put a non-stick sylacone mat in the bottom pull out catch try.

Overall we are satisfied with the oven, however, there are some improvements that could be made.
Showing the current temperature during pre-heat would be a nice way to gauge prep time. This would eliminate falling behind or being too early.
Allow the cooking timer to be manually started instead of doing so automatically. Once the oven reaches cooking temperature, the timer starts counting down and forces you to either be quick getting items in the oven and/or having to adjust the time afterwards.

I bought this about a month ago and have honestly used it every single day!! I have used bake, airfry, reheat, dehydrate and more but the clear winner is the airfry option. My only recommendation for users is to place a pan lined with aluminum foil on the bottom to catch crumbs that way you don't dirty up the crumb catcher!

I bought the Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro a month ago to replace an old toaster oven, under recommendation of one of my daughters that had already bought one. I wish that I had purchased it sooner. Upon installing the unit, It became the most used tool in my kitchen. I can't wait to taste any future culinary preparation that I can dream up in my Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro.

I just love my Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro - I bake pies and I just love how wonderful this portable oven can bake pies as if baked in a conventional oven. I use this Smart Oven in my RV as it has no oven, and so needing a portable oven while on the road, this works perfect for my needs. I have air fried, and baked in this oven and it works excellent. Well worth the money spent to purchase. The only feature I wish it had additionally is a built in microwave capability to defrost frozen foods quickly. While the reheat function is great for reheating meals, if you have a frozen item and just want to defrost it, a microwave capability would be great. Other than that I have nothing but great things to say about this oven.

The capacity is larger, the performance is better and the Breville usability touches (auto rack extension, more rack spaces, usability of the knobs/buttons) are top notch. Highly recommend.
