I just made a large casserole of chicken enchilades, it only took 20 minutes on bake. Every 3 weeks I make 120 gluten free Oatmeal cookies for my husband. They come out so much better with this oven. My only complaint is that it would be nice to have a simple recipe book with function, rack level, temperature and times for everyday foods. Otherwise I really love it.

Although the temperature is stated on the digital screen, it is difficult to know how well the machine is maintaining that exact temperature throughout the entire time. Also, the baking pan that was included is difficult to properly clean.

Received this for Christmas 2022 so haven't used a real long time yet but, so far absolutely loving it! I agree with others that suggested to put a non-stick sylacone mat in the bottom pull out catch try.
