I love this oven! I still have one of the first Breville convection ovens that would fit a 13”x9” pan without handles but wanted the larger size and additional features. I actually use both plus my regular oven. The new Breville Smart Oven Air doesn’t take up much room on my counter but the inside is larger which really helps. I use all the features on it and love the light and how you have so many options on position of shelves. We don’t hardly heat up leftovers in the microwave anymore. We use the Breville Smart Oven Air and don’t taste like leftovers. My daughter, mom and brother have purchased this Breville Smart Oven Air too. They love them too. We all use the new Breville Smart Oven Air convection ovens more than we use our regular ovens. The new Breville Smart Oven Air convection oven and even my old one cooks better than my regular oven. In our family over the years we all have purchased a total of 9 Breville convection ovens and they are all still working great. This is an amazing oven!

Takes a long time to toast and dial doesn't consistently work like it should

This is a good device overall but be aware it takes a long time to toast. I'd hoped to give away our traditional toaster but our family prefers the toaster over the Smart Oven Air. After 1 year the dial used to choose from the different options is a bit wonky. Sometimes it does not go to the intended setting, but instead sticks or moves in a different direction than I want.
