This appliance is the most used one in my kitchen and I love it.Can’t wait to try lots of air fryer recipes. Air fryer is perfect. Hubby likes the toaster oven setting for sandwiches. Bought the air fryer basket liners which helps keep it clean. But easy to clean with or without liners. Highly recommend.

i had the red Breville from Williams-Sonoma for 8 years and loved it. this year I bought the black on with the air fryer option and gave my red one to a friend still using it. i love their functionality but they are beyond hard to clean!! the spring-loaded door wont stay open and cannot clean the top elements and ceiling without turning the whole oven upside down and having someone else hold the door open. would love any suggestions to meka this easier! i resorted to using easy-off on the red one but don't really like doing that.

Bought this a month ago, still trying to figure out why everything takes SO long to cook? Even toast toast takes about 8 minutes? I air fried some appetizers which should have taken 10-12 min took 25 min? And I’m preheating which takes forever as well. Why is this?

Immediately after receiving and setting up my new 900 series Smart oven/air fryer last month, I noticed that the selector control was sticking and a bit too hard to turn. A phone call to Breville resulted in a prompt exchange of the oven for a new (not refurb) replacement.
My new oven has been working flawlessly although I have not yet been able to use every function. It looks great in my kitchen and has already relegated my built in oven to storage.

Good design, operates as expected - Be careful of exterior temperatures while in use.

The product design was very appealing. However, when we used the unit the top and left side was extremely hot. We measured 160 degrees, and this lasted during cooking and for 10-15 minutes after use. Unless the user has a designated space away from passing traffic I would recommend extreme caution in using this product. Especially if young children are present.

Thank you for your review. Yes, the oven can get very hot, as noted in the user's manual. We do advise using caution not to touch hot surfaces, and that close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used by or near children.

We bought this about a month ago and just got around to using the air fryer on some chicken drumsticks which came out perfectly done and juicy. The more we use it the braver we get in trying new dishes and all of them turn out well. It is fun experimenting with various foods while using this beautiful unit.
