Purchased the Smart Oven for my wife's birthday. Since receiving the Oven our traditional oven has not been heated up. Food is ready in less time, cooked to perfection and life is good. Would like to see Breville's add a video of recomendations on cleaning the oven especially around the heating coils.
Had the non-air fryer version of this toaster and decided to upgrade after 4 years. Bought this version a month ago. So far, this oven works just as well in terms of cooking capabilities, and the air fryer function has been great.
That said, it seems there's a manufacturing flaw. Either the racks are too wide or the oven itself where the trays slide in are too narrow. Since day one of owning this toaster, the magnet door feature has been useless since the tray requires much more force to pull out than the magnet can provide. Never had this issue with the non-air fryer version.
When spending this amount for a smart oven, I would have expected the manufacturing quality control to be much higher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

it is easy to do clean. love tth dial to select your cooking pleasURE and indicates temp, two selections convection and super convection ,, the directions on the lighted window is so helpful with instant decisions...it would have been nice to have more recipes..
My first one broke 3 times. First the door hinge went so the light would stay on like it was open all the time and the timer wouldn’t go because of that. Then my dials started to stick and didn’t work properly. Finally one of the burners cracked and had exposed the wires and I had to replace it. There was no replacement burners for me to replace it just the burner. It works amazingly normally. I bought another one after owning the first one for 3 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this oven about a month ago, and it is one of the best purchases I've made. I purchased a combo airfryer/oven 2 years ago and it didn't last long. This one is built to be around for a long time. I'm so excited!!
