We've used it daily for a year, and love it. When frying sandwiches, the top browns and requires flipping the sandwich regardless of rack position. Our only complaint is the display quit showing all the digits at about twelve months.

I needed a smaller oven like this because the big oven was wasting electricity to bake or broil small portions for a meal . It does a great job at broiling, Air frying and baking. It is very quiet and heats up much faster than the big oven, thus saving power consumption. I am very happy with this purchase.
