As someone that has been a chef for over 25 years this Brevell smart oven is A perfect home appliance. I did have an issue with my first one because I used it so much (that’s how much I love it) but customer service was amazing and took care of everything right away ! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase or the company!

Great Toaster Oven but does live up to its Air Fryer name. Fresh Russet potato fries rinsed, dried, oiled, and seasoned come out browned but not crisped. Taste good, but floppy. It is going to be a challenge for a Toaster Oven to be able to circulate out the moisture while holding temperature to "fry" the food.
