Like all other of the several Breville items I own, this oven is excellent. I replaces an old Breville oven that was damaged by "aggressive" cleaning. We upgraded to more functions and larger interior space by purchasing the Smart Oven Air

We've used it daily for a year, and love it. When frying sandwiches, the top browns and requires flipping the sandwich regardless of rack position. Our only complaint is the display quit showing all the digits at about twelve months.
