Breville stands by their products! The prongs on the plug of my Breville Smart Oven broke and I called and they quickly shipped me a replacement. I had a previous version that didn't have all the bells and whistles this oven does (or the size). Gave the older unit to my son (which he loves it). The functionality of this product sets it apart from the competition. It does everything but wash the dishes. If it ever breaks, I'll be getting another. If your space will hold the outside dimensions, BUY one!

My husband is a big toast person—every morning, and every sandwich— and wouldn’t you know, that is the very function that performs poorly on this oven. He has tried various combinations of “number of slices,” “dark/light,” and rack level without success. Thankfully he chose this oven over others I suggested, so he is willing to accept slightly uneven toast. Having little experience with air frying, I can’t judge it’s performance, but I find I use it almost exclusively to my standard oven.
