I bought this half way in 2021 to proof my sourdough mostly and try out the air fry. We had the older oven without this option and relegated it to the RV. The new options worked excellent.The heat stopped working on it last month so I called them. They gave me instructions to send it in assuming that they were going to repair it but to my surprise they sent me a brand new one. Thank you Breville for your excellent customer service.

This is the second Smart Oven that we have had. The first one we had issues with the door not closing properly anymore, after 4 years. Since the warranty was up, my husband worked on it and got it realigned and it worked for another year. Then the side bowed out again and the door would not close all the way. I finally contacted Breville, and they offered a discount for the purchase of a new one and said that hopefully this one had been updated and we would not have problems with it. We’ve had it about a month now, and so far so good. I do love this oven, and so hope that the second one will last a lot longer!!

Really nice oven. Large capacity and heats food perfectly. We had an issue with our bake setting timer. I called customer care and they set up a repair. It was actually easy. Just bring the oven to a ups store and they handle the rest. They replaced the oven, rather than fix it, which shows a solid brand dedicated to the customer experience.
