We received our oven a month ago or so and use it almost every day. We love it. I cook a lot and we only have had one over which is challenging at time. This is a second oven. It does everything our full size oven does and more. The only thing it can't do is fit full size cookie sheets but that's no problem. It pre-heats quickly and cooks fast. I have had to adjust cook times since it does cook fast but the learning curve is not steep. I would highly recommend this to any one looking for a real counter top oven. I also want to comment Breville's quality. I have several Breville appliances and they are all outstanding.

This review may be a bit premature, but I love our Smart Oven. We air fry all the time, proof weekly, reheat, and roast veggies. The toast function has Team Yay and Team Nay. We have yet to bake goodies or roast meat. But not b/c I don't think it will work well but b/c I think I would rather get another one and dedicate specifically to meat. We are considering getting rid of the traditional oven to op in for a couple few of these little numbers.

Love this oven. I have been able to do so many things with it. The proofing feature is super handy for baking bread. Reheating in the oven is so much better than a microwave. The warming feature keeps everything ready. It broils, bakes and roasts like a pro.

It is a great product so far. Our only complaint is that it drips out some kind of oil or something on the bottom right side when we use it..we had to order a drip pan to put under it so it wouldn’t ruin our granite top. We still love it & are a huge fan of the Breville products.
