Had the previous model for a few years and recently gave it away to someone in need, hence the upgrade. Very versatile and quality piece of equipment for many tasks where a big oven is not necessary.
The oven is beautiful and performs well. I have not tried air fryer mode yet. This is second oven, I have been delighted with Breville support on ovens and other products.
Aside from great performance, having great customer support especially on repairs makes the price premium well worth the cost.
Without this type support, the products can become deadweight very quickly.
It’s a great addition to our kitchen. Cooks evenly, very quiet, and east to use. A 9x13 pan fits in the oven with ease. I’m very pleased with this purchase.
Less than a month old and it does not reach the heat set by the thermostat. Same problem as two others. Outrageously bad product and no quality control. I imagine I will hear nothing back from Breville.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The oven is very easy to use and produces great results! I am still learning how to best utilize all of the features. We have never had cookies turn out with such a nice texture! I love my morning bacon cooked with the air fryer feature. It is great for re-heating leftovers. My husband uses the toast feature every morning. So versatile!
Kind of disappointed due to air fryer performance is unexpected satisfaction. I have to use 460 Fahrenheit degree to bake for 1 hr (longer time to bake) I usually bake at 400 F in convection oven I am not sure at what temperature that the heat tube turn on all at once. Toast is also not crispy. Considering to return the item

The proving feature was what got me to buy the Breville, but I love this oven even more than I thought it would. My family is clambering for roasted veggies, and I have made some amazing potatoes. I can't wait for fruit season to try the dehydrate function, too.
