The oven arrived safely, beautifully packed. Have had it about a month. Love the dual racks that can be used either “right side up" or "upside-down." There is a bit of a learning curve, but that’s normal with any new appliance. Tried the air fry function and still need to learn the correct setting. Love the automatic settings for pizza, bagels, and toast. Miss the oven light coming on automatically for the last 30 seconds of use, but otherwise we are very pleased with our new Breville Smart Oven Air.

Permance is important but so is long term support

The oven is beautiful and performs well. I have not tried air fryer mode yet. This is second oven, I have been delighted with Breville support on ovens and other products.
Aside from great performance, having great customer support especially on repairs makes the price premium well worth the cost.
Without this type support, the products can become deadweight very quickly.

Less than a month old and it does not reach the heat set by the thermostat. Same problem as two others. Outrageously bad product and no quality control. I imagine I will hear nothing back from Breville.

The oven is very easy to use and produces great results! I am still learning how to best utilize all of the features. We have never had cookies turn out with such a nice texture! I love my morning bacon cooked with the air fryer feature. It is great for re-heating leftovers. My husband uses the toast feature every morning. So versatile!
