Excellect customer support for a bad fan bearing

I had this for a year and the fan bearing went bad. Called customer support and they quickly helped me in getting a replacement sent out. Even with the fan problem I highly reccommend this product for many reasons, the versatility of this product as well as their customer support.

I broke mine while cleaning it and temporarily went back to a regular toaster. Yes this oven is bigger than the toaster. Yes it takes twice as long to brown a piece of toast. The multitude of other things this toaster can do more than outweighs those inconveniences. Smaller oven for hot summer days, additional oven for holiday cooking. Reheating pizza and cooking chicken nuggets that taste far superior to the microwave. The list is endless. Had to replace the broken one-no question!

FABULOUS APPLIANCE, GREAT SUPPORT, DO NOT GET SEA SALT COLOR!

I purchased this oven from Williams Sonoma >18 months ago and I love just about everything about it. Still giving it 5 stars! I don't use the air-fryer feature often, because it is quite loud and very hot; noise is annoying and I pull it away from cabinets, so they don't overheat. "Convection" is my setting of choice. I was very excited to order the white "sea-salt" color, as I have a white kitchen, but soon after I began cooking, the paint started to discolor where the heat seeps out of the oven. Once the paint began to peel, I contacted WS who directed me to Breville , and after viewing the photos, they are replacing the appliance with no problem at all. Customer Service was exceptional. I thought about another cool color, but opted for stainless. Not as beautiful, but no paint to chip. I mostly cook vegetables and the oven does a lovely job caramelizing them. I make oil free fries with just seasoning and they are amazing. Other veggies too. Wonderful appliance!
