I got this oven for Christmas last year. I love that I can make appetizers or rolls in it while a turkey is taking up the oven. I wanted something that was big enough to hold a quarter sized baking sheet. It has features that I hadn't given any thought to: air frying, dehydrating, and proofing bread, for example. I'm using this oven more than I expected to.

If you’re on the fence about buying a Breville Air, don’t be. I’ve had mine for several weeks and love it! French fries and breaded shrimp are as good as at a restaurant. Toast and bagels toast perfectly. Broiled pork chops were just as good as when broiled in my big oven. Also, it’s very quiet unless you’re air frying and even then it’s not over the top.

Extremely versatile oven

I have had the Smart Oven Air for almost a year and a half. I absolutely love it. My first air fryer dish was onion rings. My wife said the purchase was totally justified.
I have a couple of wishes. Presently when the pre-heat reaches the desired temperature the cooking countdown timer begins. I am sometimes not right there to put the food in and have to manually re-set the timer. The oven should hold the pre-set temperature and start the timer when you press the start button.
I would also like to see a temperature display when pre-heating so I know about how long I have to be ready to put the food in.

I use my Breville almost daily for baking, toasting, broiling, air frying, even slow cooking and bake cookies. It's more efficient than using a larger oven for just the two of us. But when I need the extra oven space for company, it great to have! I can see where it could replace several other appliances.

I LOVE the Smart Oven Air. I was looking for an airfryer and chose the Smart Oven Air because of it's multiple functions. I use the Smart Oven Air for almost all of my cooking now instead of my big double wall ovens. The Smart Oven Air is so convenient and preheats quickly, has a built in timer, and reminds me when to rotate my food. Everything cooks quickly and evenly in the Smart Oven Air. The Smart Oven Air is large enough to cook in a 9x13 pan and also can hold a round pizza pan. This versatile oven is designed and engineered well! I highly recommend. I have other Breville appliances as well and all of them are high quality and well designed.
