We've had this for a year now. An impulse purchase initially but it's proved indispensable. Easy to use, quick, versatile, not hot or noisy. When we had a problem -- it was never clear to me if the problem was a product defect or our own inexperience -- Breville was quick to step in and help. We're sold both on their devices (we have a few now) and their customer service.

This is a fantastic second oven, and we use it (for us two) frequently as a primary oven. It heats quickly and, with convection, it saves some time, too. We don’t love its toasting function (too slow and a bit uneven), but that’s not why we bought it. It has the bonus of having a proofing function, which is a terrific feature for bread bakers!!!, and we tried the dehydrate function and that works well, too. We are new to air frying, and this will come with time, but it’s a bonus, not the main reason we bought it. This really is a full function second oven. Love it.
