Best Counter Top Oven

I purchased 4 of these.....one for my wife and I and one for my parents, my brother and his wife and my sister. We have used counter top/toaster ovens for years but let me say this! My wife and I have a beautiful Viking Range in our home and we love it however, since it is just the two of us this Breville Counter Top oven is all we use now unless we are
entertaining. I would recomend this product to anyone....it has been almost a year with no issues! If you purchase one, all I can say is.....Enjoy!!

The Air Fryer Pro is well worth the purchase. The Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro is several products in one machine; it saves space. I rarely use my big electric oven anymore. I have had the Smart Oven for quite some time and when I needed a replacement I decided on the Air Fryer Pro. It does take up a little more counter space but considering the added features, I am very happy with my purchase. It has a larger capacity oven than the Smart Oven so I can bake a larger cake or put more dishes in the oven to keep warm until it is time to eat. If you are considering purchasing the Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro you will not be disappointed.

Love the oven. If I could only keep one appliance in my kitchen, it would be the oven. I use my regular oven only once a year now. Everything goes in the Breville. I am taking one star off because 11 months after purchase, the door spring broke and the unit was unfixable. To their credit, Breville paid for shipping the unit back, and sent me a brand new oven no charge. Nevertheless, it leaves me a little wary about the durability of future products. We make beef jerky, proof dough, air fry, broil with it. It is a little weak on toasting, but that doesn't matter. The excellent performance of the other functions makes up for it. And don't even think about buying one of the models without an interior light, it makes a huge difference.

This Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro replaced our eight year old Smart Oven (w/out light). Operationally our old oven didn't require a replacement, but the larger capacity & air fry feature of this model was too compelling to pass up. We use our full size stove a couple times a year, but the "toaster" sees multiple use daily.
The users manual makes NO reference on how to use the Phased Cook button, and isn't very clear on how to customize the Default times & temperatures for the different cooking Modes. Also, the cook timer shouldn't start as soon as the Preheat cycle is finished- it should start only after the door has been opened and then closed.
