Better than I could have imagined. Everything I cook comes out evenly cooked and so fast. Especially love how my sourdough boule comes out, more perfect than ever. The large capacity is awesome too. I fit my whole 5 qt dutch oven! I baked 2, 9 x 13 casseroles at the same time! Does NOT heat up my house at all all. Best investment I could have made.
Just updated my old 15yr old Breville, it was used every day no doubt, now a friend thanks me for the gift. This new oven, aside from 2 shelves for multiple dishes, The oven light is great. The flashlight got moved, Air fryer What?? This thing is cool ! Trying to keep it clean while using it all the time
I've been slowly working my way up through lesser variations on the toaster-oven theme, and a move to a new house offered enough counter space to splurge on the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro. It's doing everything I ask of it without fuss or bother. It actually WORKS as an air fryer, and it WORKS as a dehydrator, even if not quite as well as a dedicated uni-tasker might. If I had a quibble, it would be that it takes a while to toast, but that's largely because there's a lot of volume to heat up, so what can ya do?
Great appliance. Terrific build quality. Solid, responsive, and handsome :-)

I bought this yesterday for my boyfriend whose oven is ancient, dirty and doesn’t work (bachelor life). I used it to bake trout and broccoli last night, air fry tator tots this morning and reheat ribs tonight. So far, easy to use, great tasting food and perfect for our needs. Hope to try some actual baking (cake, cookies) soon.

Shattered oven door

I loved my Breville smart oven until yesterday when baking in it the front glass door shattered and cracked. Glass everywhere, beware.
