This is my second oven the first one stopped working. Now I am having major issues with the second one. The timer doesn't work and the oven turns off prior to my food being cooked. My mother in law has the same one and has no issues. its so frustrating. I called Breville and the informed me that the oven was not getting enough power. I head my power outlets checked and they are perfect. Could it be that I received two ovens that are duds? HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

I don't know where to start. First, I was solely impressed with the accessories that are included with the smart oven. Second, I use it for everything from air fry to simply baking. Third, when it's done with your food, it simply turns itself off converting to a warming oven. In a nut shell, if your oven ever goes on the blitz, this is a clear winner to me. Love, love, and love. Love the new Breville Smart Air Fryer Pro. It's all I'd hoped it would be and more! It's ideal as a primary or a second oven, with so many functions, it replaces other appliances saving kitchen space. Cooking settings are accurate and easy to learn. Baked breads came out perfectly the first time. Air fryer is fast and allows for a larger amount at one time. The drip pan at the base is removable for ease of cleaning. I highly recommend this unit and feel it will be my primary oven for years to come.
