During a recent remodel, we were frustrated that we didn't have an oven for over a month and finally caved to buying this simply to get by. surprisingly, this has become my new favorite appliance! it is a fantastic oven, working efficiently at everything from cookies to a Jewish brisket. My kids use it every morning for toast and I've started dehydrating left over fruit as cocktail garnishes. we've even ditched our standalone air fryer! Super happy we bought this and look forward to using it in conjunction with my full oven for larger parties.

My last counter-top over (made by a well-known French maker of food processors) gave me many years of good service, but finally gave it up. I'd been eying a Breville for several months, guided mainly by the great reviews it received from America's Test Kitchens and Consumer Reports. It did not disappoint! It lived up to its reviews, and I love it! I've owned many counter-top ovens over the years and this is head and shoulders the best.
