We've had this for about 3 months and we've been very impressed with how well designed it is functionally. We looked at some other brands at Best B** and this one had a much nicer build quality. It's great for when you don't need a huge oven and want to bake a chicken, pies, cookies, air-fry, proof bread, etc.
We haven't used every function (broil, roast, etc), but what we have used has worked well. The controls are solid, simple and logically-designed. It's overkill for a slice or two of toast IMO; I kept my toaster (that's quicker and uses less than half the wattage).
We were reluctant to add another countertop space-hog, but this one gets used alot and works great.

We used to have a toaster, an air fryer, and a pizza oven. Well no more! The Breville has replaced them all! This isn't even our first toaster oven. We went through two or three of the largest we could find before finally finding the Breville BOV900BSS Smart Oven. This does it all, perfect bagels and garlic bread. Roasting our veggies, baking banana bread, and snacks galore. It's a great extra oven on holidays and family get together's too. And it doesn't heat up my kitchen like our stove does. Yes I sound like a commercial but I love this appliance. It is well worth the higher cost over the closest competitor. And customer service when something went wrong was remarkable!
