It is somewhat complex with a higher learning curve but I expected that. We use it daily, it’s easy to keep clean, we love being able to use more than one tray/rack/pan while cooking and also appreciate the “etching” on glass door showing us the rack placement.

I have only had the smart oven air fryer pro for a short time. So far it is working well. I cooked some frozen homemade fries and they were nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. My frozen crab cakes turned out beautifully. I am experimenting on frozen veggies. I cooked a grilled cheese and it was great. If anything changes I will update my review.
