I have wanted a top of the line air fryer with a large capacity for a while. Many of my whole food, plant based people have been recommending this specific unit. I finally took the plunge and am so glad I did. It has not disappointed. It does have a very large footprint, but if your kitchen can support that it is an appliance you will find so many uses for. I bake, air fry, reheat, warm all with out heating up the whole kitchen. Healthy eating is so much easier with this unit.

Does Not Last!

I bought this oven in the Fall of 2018 and the very first week I brought it home it gave me error 06, which apparently is pretty much unfixable. I opened the back of the oven to see if I could get lucky and notice anything out of place - didn’t see anything but I put the back on and suddenly the error disappeared. I should have known them that the oven wouldn’t last long despite its high price - the oven worked for the next two years before it just stopped heating. The screen continues to work as does the fan, but without heat it’s obviously useless. Would expect it to last longer for the price. Also do yourself a favor and buy a slice toaster if you want to use it for that because the toast setting really doesn’t toast even on the highest setting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What a great oven! Haven’t used it extensively but the air fryer is fabulous and baked casseroles are easy. Keeps my Florida kitchen from getting heated up. Simple to operate, so user friendly. Disappointed that it didn’t come with a cookbook but have found good air fryer recipes on line. Have many Breville products, made to last!
