I bought it for the air fryer. I have been using it as my regular oven it doesn't heat up my house like my regular oven does. I use my regular baking pans in it. I made lasagna in it baked great. I would buy it again.

I had my previous smaller model for years and love it but the Pro far surpasses it. It is so full featured from air fry to dehydrate but what impresses me most are the control knobs. On the previous model they would spin so easily that it was hard to select function or temperature. On the Pro the knobs are knots like click stop and easy to select. It just feels like top quality. As for performance, Breville is the leader in the field.

This is a newer version of our previous unit that we’ve had for 114 years Great unit except the electronics started acting up we had to repeatedly push the same button to get it to work. So far this one has worked great
