I purchased the Breville Compact oven about 4 years ago. I had to upgrade when the Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro was introduced. I passed the Compact to my brother and purchased the Pro. I am not a professional chef but am passionate about cooking and baking. It does more than any other countertop oven available. I can't wait to receive my Breville waffle maker.

We've had it for about a year now and this is a great replacement for our normal toaster oven. We hardly ever use our built-in over anymore. This does it all and much more!
