The oven was packaged very nicely and is very sturdy. My 3 favorite functions are the reheat, the slow cook, and the toast/bagel, but it can do so much more!

Had this originally and broke after several years. Bought a cheaper one with great review. Had to return the cheaper one. Was half the weight, sounded like a pop can and cooked very uneven. Returned that one and went back to the Breville.
