Yes, it bakes and roasts quickly, evenly and accurately, and the air fryer is excellent. Haven't tried the fruit/vegetable dehydrator yet, but I'm sure it will perform as advertised - I would expect nothing less from a Breville product. But the "Proof" function, for bread doughs, is transformational. I was an occasional baker; mostly holidays. I am now baking every week: Italian breads, pumpernickel, brioche, sweet buns and more. The "Proof" function, which holds rising dough at a steady temperature with no drafts, has eliminated the uncertainty that kept me from baking more often in my drafty apartment. And I'm gluten-free! My family is loving the fresh bread, as well as the great meals I can prepare with the Smart Oven Air!

This oven bakes faster than my large oven! Excellent preheating and it’s ready to go. Goat settings spot on and it airfries large quantities. We use this oven more than our traditional oven at this point when it’s just the two of us.

Great product, unfortunately I have only been able to use the toaster and air fryer. The baking pan that came with oven was damaged and I'm still waiting for replacement. More to come, but I'm sure rating will go to 5 stars
