We are very happy with our new Breville Smart Oven/Air Fryer Pro.
It is easy to use and easy to clean the door and crumb tray.
We added Frog mesh liners to the fryer baskets, which make the baskets very easy to clean. We wish all foods/packages had Air Fryer instructions, but we are doing well anyway, and making our own notes.

I love this oven though quite taken back by its size at first. I've not done much air frying yet, I'm not experienced in this process anyway, more to learn. Toast is ok, does it evenly, but if you bought this for quick toast then buy a toaster. Now, for broiling it is great, roasting yes, baking has been excellent. I made my best banana bread ever in this oven using the convection. I've got a major question that I searched for in the manual, online and tried to get a chat box going but they were offline. My question is: should I be lowering the baking temp when on convection by 25 degrees or it is already compensating?

I love this oven. We have not turned on our stove oven since the Breville arrived.. and the Breville does not heat up the kitchen like the big oven does. Important in the summer! I really look forward to exploring all of the different functions... I love to cook, and the Breville makes me feel like a kid in a candy store.
