Excellent cooking experience, yet tough to clean

Cooking from baking, toasting, to air frying has been a great experience. We have not found the best way to clean the inside of the smart oven. Food drips get on the heating elements and tend to smoke while cooking your next meal.

We've owned an olde Breville toaster oven for a few years. This model is a well thought out upgrade. The hinge is smoother for opening/closing the door. The door can be partially left open to allow the oven to cool off. The switches have a much more durable feel and operate smoothly. Our old unit didn't have a light. It is nice to have multiple shelves to warm things at the same time. The broiling function incorporates 4 heat tubes. Old one only had 2. Have to be careful but this oven allows 3 broiling levels. Unit is larger overall. Have used the dehydration function. Just set and walk away. Air fryer is exactly as advertised and the oven has more room ro get creative.
