[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a specific area of only so wide snd deep to accommodate a microwave oven. So we are limited in our choices. We are drawn to LG because of the quality we’ve experienced in other LG products we own and have owned in the past. This replaced a microwave brand that ran when the door was open and was only a few years old! To date we’ve not had an LG product fail unless it was over 10 years old. In today’s product world, that’s almost an eternity. My wife discovered the different functions this microwave has only after we purchased it, she loves the simplicity of use over what We’ve had before!
