[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When our 'over the range/oven' microwave died 3 days before Thanksgiving, we panicked!! We realized we were not going to be able to get a replacement in time for Thanksgiving so we researched our first Counter Top microwave and this LG is fabulous. Not only is the design and stance on the counter aesthetically pleasing, but this (slightly smaller) LG works much better... warms food more evenly... and has great USEFUL features. I love the guide showing you how to properly use the heat level feature for certain foods... each item gets heated perfectly. What did we expect... It is an LG!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a bargain on a microwave Black Friday to no avail, so as I looked over my choices, I recalled a conversation my brother and I had about LG products. I saw this LG microwave. It was a little more than I wanted to pay, but it had the features I was looking for, so I took a chance. I am so glad I did, I love this microwave! I don't usually write reviews, but I have to say this is the best designed microwave I have ever used. I love the fact the control panel is hidden behind the door and I can just swipe my finger on the outside of the door to set a time. A lot of thought went into it's design and it shows. I have not used all it's options yet, but what I have used, they have met or exceeded my expectations. Great job LG!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this microwave almost entirely based on its dimensions: It needed to fit into the space its predecessor occupied. It fit perfectly. When we went to test it by heating a mug of water, we discovered it had no traditional number pad. After consulting the manual, it was so easy to use. The closed door display is a clean and uncluttered touchscreen with only a clock, a sliding scale (- ---------------- + , used to change time before or during use); a Start button (adds 30 seconds per touch); and a Stop/Clear button. Power levels, sensor programs and defrost are on a touchscreen when door is opened. We are beginning to use the sensor programs for cooking several foods, such as vegetables, rice and bacon, and the sensor reheat. items are posted on the inside for easy reference. Softening butter is much better than any other microwave, as the power levels are constant, and do not cycle on and off. It seems that the designers of this appliance understand what users value. We are very pleased with this LG microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks like a very expensive microwave. I love the look and is very easy to use. I didn't even have to get out the manual to set it up. So far I am very pleased with this microwave. It does make some noise when running, but nothing overly loud. All my big appliances are LG and I have been very pleased with them. The stainless steel is a better quality than other brands, and is very easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave a few weeks ago. Before buying measure your distance to outlet as the cors is very short. Also timer is n 10 sec intervals so you can't do 18 sec for bacon. Dinner plate setting is too long. Overcooks.
