[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had previously owned a GE microwave for over 10 yrs and was pleased with it so much that I purchased another GE. That microwave lasted 4 months. Since was under warranty, called and waited one week for the repairman. He can and worked on it 1 1/2hrs only to tell me he couldn't get parts to repair it. Returned it to ABT, got a full refund and purchased this LG model. It's huge inside and do like it's black interior - makes sense with splashes. The control for time seems odd at first, but does make sense to quickly increase/decrease cooking time. The done signal/tune is a bit strange, like an ice cream truck tune, but can't be mistaken for another appliance's 'done' tune. Was more expensive; hope it lasts long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are many things to like about this Oven. In no specific order; we love the "no handle door" especially without the push to open button. The "Touch pad" is as gentle as a smart phone. The "No tip turn table" is great, and the "Chimes" are a refreshing change. The Wife likes the "Sensor cook" oatmeal better than mine! Did I mention it's the most quiet oven we've ever had. It looks and performs GREAT, but I wish we had gotten the all black.
