We have owned this MW for a little over a month and it has performed flawlessly. All of the features have performed as expected, especially the auto-timed functions. The only minor design oddity (if it really matters) is that the door must be open to access the main menu functions. Overall, this is a nice looking and powerful MW that gets the job done very well. I recommend it highly.

The control panels are not easy to read because the white lettering does not show up well. It's not bright enough. Also, we miss being able to enter numbers for cooking times rather than swiping. That took some getting used to. Another improvement would be to be able to set the timer without having to open the door while cooking.

So far it works very well but I’m still getting used to the touch pad. The 10 sec increments are also not what I’m accustomed to but it’s not a problem. Still haven’t used most of the features but so far it heats quickly and evenly. Would buy again.

The product promoted the ability to cook more evenly and it has proven to do just that! I'll admit that I was skeptical of the lack of a numeric key pad but the "SmoothTouch" feature is awesome and so simple to use.

Features that caught my eye were the Inverter Technology, easily opened door, and dimension to fit available counter space. It wasn't until I got it home that I realized the spaciousness of the interior and the overall quality of the unit. Programming (most of it done before closing the door) took some getting used to. The musical tune that signals cooking is done is nice option to the usual "beeps".
