[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best one I have ever owned, and being 78 that is saying alot. My last one, a named brand had for 5 years, worked ok, but all of the interior was losing its paint and rusting, said it was ok to use, but who wants paint chips in their food. This one has a special coating on the interior and it also controls the cooking time, which reduces the amout of steam internally.

Due to the low clearance between stove and micro I went with a new range hood vent and a countertop microwave. Read through many reviews but new LG to deliver well (own fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer all LG) This purchase was another great success. The inside of this thing can easily hold my largest (14” dis) platter. I don’t know how but everything I put in here to cook or reheat is actually better than any previous microwave. Life is Good when; Popcorn is crunchy. Soups and liquids heat more evenly. All meat is better and more juicy than I thought a microwave could produce. Also, I really like the chimes vs old loud BEEP BEEP BEEP. Touch screen panel is responsive and has plenty of options. I do wish the list of reheat or defrost or cook was printed somewhere on the micro instead of have to keep the manual on hand. Awesome product! Great price! Plenty of features! Get one!

I didn't know if I would like the style with no keypad but it's not really an issue even with my 85 yr old mother and I actually like the little tune it plays when done. I was a disappointed that my original unit suddenly died after I had my original 1 -1/2 years but liked it so well I purchased the exact same machine as a replacement a couple of weeks ago- I did purchase the extended warranty so that was good.
