[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First one lasted 5 years until readouts went flakey. Replace control board and got another 5 months before it gave up the ghost. Liked the model, so bought another.

Heating unit went out in less than two months. Filled out all requested paperwork and sent photos of product and serial number to LG. Was promised a replacement unit that have heard nothing since then. That was almost 2 weeks ago.

Awesome Microwave

We mostly just use it for small reheats, but the popcorn sensor setting leaves very few to none of the kernels unpopped. Not to mention that it looks super sleek. The only thing that took some getting used to was setting the cycle before closing the door.

They all heat ok but this one communicates with soft musical tones that do not irritate. He loved how it was designed with simple operation. It was easy to understand and follow. We all love the soft tones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am confused by some of the features. I have never had a microwave that did not light up on the door. I have to open the door to use. I was told it was energy saving so I guess I will get used to it sooner or later. Other than that it is a great working and quite nice looking product. I just have to get up with the times I guess. I also like the rounded corners inside that make it much easier to clean without things being stuck in the corners. Nice feature.
