Absolutely love the many sensor options, and am impressed by their accuracy. The kitchen can get pretty busy and noisy, so I LOVE the musical alerts. Great buy!!

Microwave worked great for 2 years. Then control panel started acting up, and microwave shuts off randomly. If you are looking to keep a microwave for 10 years, this is not the one.

Great look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this in September 2019 and in less than 30 days only the lights were on but functioning. In a couple days after the lights went out. I have been trying to call the support number 800243000 and only recording to say all "circuit are busy now" . Needless to say I purchased a new brand but is still stock with this waste. I am running close to the end of the warranty and still no feedback dispite numerous emails .

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Inverter technology sold me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced a very ancient microwave. I wanted a a micro/convection combo oven but my space was too small so a very astute sales person pointed out how the inverter works similar to a convection oven. The instruction manual is included rather than having to look it up on line. It is easier to use versus others I have seen. The ending sounds are not loud but audible. It has a clean and modern look and is easy to clean.

I was told this was a top rated microwave in 2018.

This is by far the worst microwave I have ever owned and I might add the most expensive. I bought it on the recommendation of an appliance dealer and did not see it because we were in the process of moving. The biggest draw back is it is impossible for an older person to read the buttons on the inside of the door at night without a very bright light. It supposedly has a sensor cook and reheat but to me a sensor means it stops cooking when whatever is being heated is hot - not mine- it cooks all over.

It seems to leak radiation

I have a radiation detector and found it was actually leaking radiation from the edges of the door. I had to return it. My last one of this model only lasted 10 months before it died. This was a replacement.
