It really is easy to use, fewer steps than with the old microwave. Haven't had it long enough to rate quality as far as longevity.

After purchasing this model we were surprised that it plays a little tune to let you know it's finished, a lot more pleasant than annoying beeping ones :-) Another pleasant surprise is that it will periodically continue to play a tune until you open the door!!! No more lost coffee for this mom! The warm up features are amazing and it heats evenly and quickly! Absolutely love our new LG microwave :-)
