Bought this microwave becouse my microwave quit after eight years. Microwave is easy to operate and looks to be well built. Would highly recommend this product .

I purchased this microwave just outside of the one year warranty. It worked great, until one day when I closed it the whole outside glass shattered. I called LG warranty and they can't do anything because it is outside of the 1 year warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't buy this model. We just spent 1-2 weeks with LG due to vibrating noise, now we are on our way back to Best Buy to get a different one because they cannot fix this model.

I put it on a 5-feet-high counter box. Which is a speciality inbuilt place for MW. The opening door is difficult to open, and the more concerning thing is, the microwave slips to the front. I am not allowed my little one to open it.

This oven had mixed reviews but it works well for us. Love the depth which allow a 14 inch turntable for bigger casserole dishes. The light allows you to see inside while cooking. Like the pull door and the music is not that annoying! Pleased with the purchase.

Microwave broke after 1 year due to electrical malfunction. Home nearly had a fire from this faulty product.
