[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lots of inside space yet a smaller outside cabinet than our last microwave. Overall appearance is clean and easy to keep clean. Controls are easy to use once you get used to them. The notification sound is pleasant - as opposed to the loud BEEP that others have. It's ability to defrost evenly is amazing and it cooks food quicker at lower settings than our last microwave. Overall this is a great unit.
I would have given it 5 stars but you cannot turn the sound off and the controls m while easy to use, are somewhat confusing.

Cool looking and sounding, but unreliable

This looked like the best quality microwave I could get. It worked great for 35 days until yesterday. It now doesn't heat and just makes an electric arcing sound, exactly like a jacob's ladder. No sparks are visible in cooking chamber, but I guess there's a big internal discharge. Used lightly by 1 person, plenty of clearance around it. Guess I have to request a repair. Not happy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We chose this product for two reasons: design and space efficiency. We wanted a sleek, minimalist, stainless steel look to match our other appliances, along with having it be big enough without taking up a lot of counter space, and this unit met those criteria. The price was a bit higher than we had planned on spending, but we do keep things for a long time. The only functional down-side is that the control markings on the outside of the door are difficult to see in low light because they are printed in dark ink on a black background. This make for a cleaner look, but less usability. Overall we're happy, though.
