[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit heats very nicely. the large size and ease of cleaning is very convenient. I love that the handle of my coffee cup, etc. ends up in the position that I first placed it in the oven. Only real negative: The incessant beeping. Either make the sound changeable/programmable or offer the ability to turn it off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is all that I expected it to be .Everything works great. Looks good and is easy to clean. the only negative and a very minor one is that on popcorn setting I need to stop about 12 to 15 seconds before end of cycle.

The hidden keypad and lock system sold me on this product. I really like the touch screen system as well! I can honestly say there isn't anything I don't like or would change on this product. Very well made!!

I bought one about a month ago. In LESS than two weeks, it crapped out, would not even heat up a cut of coffee. I was able to swap it out for a new one...... So far So good. Maybe I just got a bad one, so I have to reserve my opinion for later. Great when it works!
