Unfortunately when I got it home it had a few handling battle wounds, so when i returned it I was shipped a new one quickly and it was delivered in no time. Regardless, all in all a great appliance and would definitely recommend to a friend or family member. But not to an enemy, because well, they can kick rocks.

Moved into the high tech age!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit two weeks ago and am having a good time with it. Learning everyday all of the new ways to cook more and different foods in a microwave. The only thing I would change is the ability to be able to reset the clock without having to unplug the unit. My old micro was a built in and this one was a plug-n-play size to fit the beauty kit (ie:bezel, etc.). That makes it impossible, once installed to get to the plug. Otherwise, I love it!
