We have had this for two weeks, works great. We like the all black door. Heats food quickly and the slide feature to add miners to the run time is a nice touch.
Only downfall is it’s got a ridiculous end of cycle music chime, but thanks to YouTube we found a way to turn off the beeps and end cycle music. Also it’s a tad noisy when running and for some reason that noise scares our cats.

So far have only used it to reheat....its much faster than my previous one, looks much better even though it does take up more space than I thought. I am looking forward to trying it out more.

I like the touch/slide cooking time on the outside of the door and all the more manual settings on the inside of it as I don't fiddle with the settings too much in general. I'd give this 4.9 stars if I could as the door seems to require 2 hands to open it whereas my previous model had a button instead but no big deal really. Most important for me is that it looks great in my kitchen and cooks food at a faster rate because 1200W is a strong wattage and rotator support inside is very balanced from the octagonal shape of it. Look at youtube videos of unboxing it pretty good resource. This model looks way better than the stainless steel gimmick which is about $50 more. I'm on day 3 so if this thing malfunctions I'll come back to edit this review.

We had to replace Panasonic microwave with similar functionalities and don't have any major complains so far. The only really minor issue we have - it is impossible to set cooking time less than in 5 seconds increments.
I wonder how long this device will last. Our 3 previous Panasonics lived for 2-3 years each. Microwaves we had before these 3 lived for decades.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We purchased this microwave from Best Buy and it only lasted for two and a half years. Not worth the money.

HAVE IT FOR LESS THAN A MONTH INTERIOR LIGHT STOP WORKING MAKES RATTLING SOUND WHEN WARMING FOOD FROM THE METAL HOUSING OTHER THAN THAT HEAT FOOD VERY FAST CALLED LG THEY TOLD ME TAKE IT BACK TO THE STORE BECAUSE THEY KNOW ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND IT IS A ECONOMICAL MODEL
