[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Getting used to the user interface is the only hurdle one has with this unit. Once you get your bearings, it's second nature and punching numbers on a keypad is a thing of the past. My only complaint is the unit doesn't vent very well. I find if the inside gets steamy, I will leave the door open to dry out or else it remains damp inside. I love the interior light and the notification tones are not jarring like my old S#####g microwave.
