Quiet and competent

Not really used to it yet, but I like it. Controls are different to previous microwaves I've owned, and I'm still having to check the instruction book. Works very well and is quieter than many. The light allows you to see what's happening during cooking. Does a great job on oatmeal without it boiling over.

Stopped working after 6 months

We are very light microwave users. Everything seems to work fine on it but it doesn’t heat. Thankfully Best Buy is awesome and took it back.

Fan Rattle

Bought the black model because it was in stock. I actually preferred the smooth front to that of the stainless steel model. The unit I bought had a fan that rattled (tinged) when in use. I returned it for another one in stock; same problem with fan rattle when in use any longer than just a quick re-heat. Other than the fan rattle, I really liked this microwave. It defrosts and heats more evenly than my old Panasonic. I even like the chimes. I have ordered the stainless steel model in hopes the fan issue with the black model was just part of a bad production run, since I have not read about this issue in any other reviews.

Big Boy causes Interference

Returned this microwave for something smaller and on sale for half the price.
I liked the minimalistic controls, but didn’t like how it can turn on easily with nothing inside, when accidentally brushing the start button.
Lack of number pad means you either learn to Morse code the capacitive touch start button for +30 sec increments, or use the time slider, (max is 99:99, minimum is 00:10, I hit the minus sign first and it gave the 99:99). Increases by 10 sec increments or more depending on how fast you swipe. There are also other cooking settings when you open the door, (e.g. defrost, popcorn, etc.).

This is quite the big boy. Takes up a significant amount of counter space, and manufacturer recommends not putting anything on top of it since it gets warm, (haven’t experienced this though).
The final straw was the major interference caused with my AirPods Pro, so, would not recommend.

An okay appliance if you can accept these downsides and don’t mind having a big black box on your counter.

The Best choice for a reasonable price

It was a great buy it's full of features that are easy to use and it's absolutely perfect for the price tag, and with everyday features that most don't have like the Sensor reheat feature.
Bottom line is highly recommended
I would recommend this to a friend!

Be very careful with this

We recently purchased this microwave and after a month it is already damaged. If you do buy this be very careful with the glass on the front door. I was putting a cup of coffee into the microwave to be warmed up and the bottom of my cup just tapped the top right corner of the microwave and shattered the glass. ( Insert frowning emoji here )
Now I'm stuck with trying to figure out if it's cheaper to replace the glass if possible or replace the complete door.
Other than that it's a really good functioning and easy to use microwave.

Absolutely amazing!!

It is a bit strange to have a plus and minus buttons instead of the conventional numerical dial pad to key-in the desired time for cooking, but it is very responsive and you get to such cooking time using only the plus and minus buttons. I am a minimalist, so I am enjoying having to control it with only a couple of touches. The cooking/heating power is absolutely amazing!! I had a smaller microwave and this one does a better job in less than half the time!! I could not be more satisfied with a countertop microwave!! Definitely recommend!!!
