I had the smaller version of this microwave for six years before it started sparking. I purchased this one and I am very disappointed. The off-gassing smell never went away after several days and uses. There were banging sounds when in use that did not sound normal. The glass turntable was rocking too even though the wheels on turntable holder were fine. I didn't want to endanger my health, so I returned it.

I purchased it online and didn’t notice that it has no numbers on it until they had already installed it in the “built in@ package. I DO NOT like this microwave at all! You can only cook in 10 minute increments and I have t been able to set the click yet! If it hadn’t been I stalked it would definitely be returned. I have always lived LG products but not this one
