We bought this for our new kitchen while under construction and the cabinet maker made it too small to fit. (he used interior dimensions not exterior dimensions) but now 2 months later we can not exchange for the correct size. It is not LGs fault but would never buy direct again

Purchased for kitchen remodel. Loved it. Worked great for seven months. Then started to take a while longer to heat things. The didn't heat at all. The appliance store we purchased at said they had to order the part to fix. Six weeks later they replaced the part. Still didn't work. Had to purchase another and supposed to be receiving a refund for the defective one. Been three weeks haven't seen the refund yet. Hoping the new one will be ok . Love the look of the microwave. love the tune it plays after finishing cooking.

While I'm still getting used to not having a number keypad on the front (or at all), it's actually much quicker to start the unit and get cooking using the slider or just the start button for the cast majority of cooking jobs. The multi-wheel turntable is definitely a nice feature for stability, and the "EasyClean" interior is indeed easier to clean than out old oven, which had hard angles and corners. The smooth door makes it easy to keep the front looking nice and clean. The power seems good, the popcorn function works great, and so far, the sensor reheat works well - it seems to take a bit longer than if you just blast something on high, but it does make for a very even, consistent heating of a leftovers plate (and avoids overheating parts of the food), etc. My only gripe is that there's no way to turn off, shorten or change the volume of the various musical notification jingles. My wife loves them, but she hasn't tried to nap in the family room with the microwave chiming away every time someone wants a hot tea. ;)

I actually went to buy a different brand/model but once again a store that can't bother with accurate quanitys online and the store, so at the last minute I chose the LG. And I'm so happy I did. The interior has no gaps or overlaps making wiping out/cleaning a breeze. The light is bright and the easy to read touch buttons make using the settings simple. The only difficulty I had was deciding which side of my counter to place it.

We exchanged one already for the exact same microwave due to the noisey turntable rattling - this one is worse! Really like the oven but c'mon .... the roller underneath is the issue; it makes this oven sounds chintzy and cheap. Otherwise, it's great!
