Micro came with a 1-year warranty on parts; ours is 1.5 years old and now has a wiring issue. LG provided 3rd party service centers to call for repair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using my previous microwave for about 35 years (hoping this last half that long!), this model will need some getting used to. Instructions are OK, but the new "Sensor" style cooking is not very informative in either cook or reheat modes. We can't figure it out, even at its "lowest setting" it still boils liquids over and makes a mess. Can't understand why the lowest timer increments are 10 seconds; could definitely use the single second amounts for small items. Other than these minor issues, it is much more powerful than my previous model.

I used it one time and the second time, it just quit working halfway through the cook. Lights went out and that was that. Looked so nice in the new kitchen. Lucking we had our old one still. What a hassle that was to return!

The door is awkward to open. Cooking time is inconvenient. For example, if I need 45 seconds, having to press 10 four times then add 5 more. My old one I just pressed 45. I still don’t get all the options instructions.
