Best microwave I have ever owned. The construction is top notch. It's also quite nice looking. It heats things up very fast and I uniformly. The easy clean up interior is simply wonderful !
The cooking plate stays firmly in place, so there's no constant battle trying to reset the plate back in its proper position. The one minor issue I'm not thrilled about is that you always have to select your desired cook time from 0 to whatever. I miss the more typical one button touch for minutes one through 6. Also the stop- start keys on the outside do not light up momentarily, so if you are in a dimly lit room, or at night it can be hard to locate where they are. Especially when you're not used to a new and different appliance. However, that being said, I wouldn't let that stop me from buying this oven again, and I'm glad I did. So it's by no means a deal breaker. It's my first LG product, and I'm certainly going to consider the brand for a variety of future appliance needs!

Nice but not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We wanted the MSWN1590L but it's not available anywhere so we picked up this model.
The "back" of handle feels like it should be part of the main body of the microwave, but it's not. each time I go to open it I automatically try to "wedge" it open instead of just pulling it open. The other issue I have is that I can 't mute the silly sounds it makes, I really wish they would have added a mute option.
