This was our first LG purchase, recommended highly by family members, and we are so pleased that I'm confident our next appliance purchase will also be LG. We use our microwave multiple times during the day...from reheating cups of coffee to steaming vegetables to late night popcorn. We especially like the 30-second feature and the little tune that plays when heating is complete. We recommend this product without hesitation!

Sensor Cook overcooks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sensor Cook feature overcooks all foods on Sensor Cook and Sensor Reheat and the Defrost produces inconsistent results. Using reduced power manually is inconvenient and the instruction booklet does not provide information on the error code.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used this microwave for two weeks and absolutely love it! Have not ever seen a microwave that does anything but beep loud & annoyingly once the time runs out. This microwave plays a catchy little tune that is not intrusive and also reminds you if you forget there's something in it. Also love the touch sensitive time slider where I can adjust to reheat my tea for only 10 or 20 seconds (not 30 like all the rest). The door pulls open instead of having to push a latch button and the door feels and sounds solid when it closes. Also, I like the idea of having an LED light inside instead of an incandescent. It even has a wall hugging electrical plug (90deg) So far I would give this unit a 10 out of 10. I just couldn't ask for a more convenient and feature full microwave.

Our first LG appliance. Purchased about 3 weeks ago. We like the quiet operation, smooth surfaces make it easy to clean in and out, heats food well. Also it plays a pleasant tone when cook or timer is done, no harsh beep. We were not sure we would like the controls because there is no numeric keypad, but the controls are very easy to understand and use. Nice exterior and interior finishes, looks nicely made. We hope it will be durable, no complaints so far.
