Great design and features, learning curve needed for Cook and Reheat functions. Instruction booklet is informative should alert you that the unit has a sticker in front entrance reflecting different settings conditions. Pleasant sound feature alerting when cooking is ongoing finished. There was no loud noise detected, except for a hum when unit in operation which was not unexpected. All motorized unit has some hum condition. New balance glass feature is a great improvement in the bracket. Of major note is that some of the presets could be more than food item being microwave use. Found that on SENS setting observe when the feature starts actual cooking time (example 15 seconds counting to see if moisture occurs which means you can let run its course and then taste for overcook or undercook aspect. Make adjustments next time item is being microwave. Like the ease of door operating. Great store feature getting extended warranty.

Perfect Replacement for Older Countertop Unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 15 year old unit that finally gave up the ghost. The LG is a pleasure to use, quieter, more accurate, and we're trying out the various Sensor Cook levels. It's a solid unit (although much lighter than our older machine) and has the same capacity in a compact, smart looking unit. One pleasant surprise is that the unit will automatically use a two time/power cook combination in one setting.
