Bought this to replace another brand microwave that failed. The size and power is similar but the user interface is very different. It has taken some time to learn the operation but now it is easy to use. Sometimes it is hard to see where the actual buttons are because of a lot of text, especially when it is dark. Some of the text is small. The microwave operates well with even heating. The defrost mode works good. It is less noisy than our old microwave. Overall a good microwave.

Bought this a couple of weeks ago and have to say it's one of the best microwaves I have had and I have had many. Sensor reheat and Sensor cook options have been easy to learn and it heats in a fraction of the time my old one did. It looks great too!
