[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First item on setting up the unit was to set the time. Unlike any other microwave I've seen, this unit does NOT have a clock button. The instructions leave a lot to be desired. They were so unhelpful that when the unit went into "no clock display" mode that I just left it that way. With multiple other digital clocks on other kitchen appliances, this was not needed anyway.
Unit does seem to make an unexpected noise, similar to something being loose on the left side. It'll be interesting to see if the included diagnostics find any issues.

Best decision we've ever made on buying a microwave. Heats food in half the time as our old one did. Love the option to add time at 10 second intervals and the spot on one touch cooking times for certain foods. Looks super nice also!
