It has many different heating options but be careful, this baby packs a punch and the food can become very warm, very fast. I would have given 5 stars if this size/model had a compatible trim kit system. I replaced a 2007 Profile w/built in trim kit by placing it into the opening (making sure there is plenty of air flow surrounding the unit. We have dark walnut cabinets so the black stainless blends well, but a nice trim kit would have been ideal.
