[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a microwave that was small and powerful. Got that and more. LG is one of the few microwaves that have inverters. This is the only way to go and allows you to lower power without your microwave go off and on it lowers power and cooks all the meal not just the edges.

I liked the microwave a lot but it doesn’t last

I’ve had this microwave about 2 1/2 years if that. This is my third of the same one and the same thing broke on all 3!! Why haven’t they fixed this. I looked it up and it’s a problem for others as well. It’s the open button that that starts to short out. It turns on randomly sometimes too. And stops during cooking times in the middle. The microwave is good except for that and especially when they’ve all broke around the 21/3 to 3 year mark. That’s ridiculous and not worth the money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
