Really enjoying this fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge about 5 months ago when our last fridge died. We love the extra lighted drink compartment that you can open separately from the rest of the unit, the ice-maker is great, the water filter is awesome, and we like the size and amount of storage. There are only a few issues I have with it: the alarm doesn’t go off when the door is slightly open and the shelf heights notches inside are not customizable enough. These are the only reasons why I knocked off a star for the rating.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like a refund and or a replacement of brand new refrigerator. Due to the fact that this Refrigerator is constantly breaking down. It has cost me a lot of money due to food loss. It has caused me nothing but Emotional stress And a lot of aggravation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this less than a year ago and it had been unuseable for most of the last two months. The bottom drawers have become deep freezers in both fridge and freezer. The water line is frozen, so no ice or water. The current repair is on its 3rd week with 9 parts ordered in total. This fridge is a lemon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The shelves do not adjust enough to place taller items, like a gallon of milk.The only shelf is the third one down and then it's a tight fit. Don't want to put the milk in the door because it doesn't keep it cold enough and puts a lot of weight on the door. The vegetable & fruit crisper does not keep veggies crisp. After 3 days the celery and carrots were limp. The doors do not seem to have a tight seal to them. The freezer door moves when the fridge door shuts. I am told this is normal due to the way the air flows in the fridge. A lot to be desired for new technology. If air flow was so good then you would think that the crisper would keep veggies crisp. A lot of heat comes out from under the fridge compared to our old fridge. We couldn't get good tasting water until we replaced the stainless steel water line with a PEX water line. Thought we should replace our old one that was 16 years old. Mistake, sad we sold our old one. Definitely not made to last. Don't like the finish. The store had one without the ice & water in the door. Liked that finish. They did not have one on the show room floor w/ ice & water to see.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this refrigerator! The only reason I did not give it five stars is because I wish the easy access door shelves were adjustable. Other than that this fridge is amazing.

We bought our fridge less than a year ago and now it won’t cool on the fridge or freezer sides. Lost over $300 worth of food and now waiting 2 weeks to get it fixed. I have 3 kids with no working fridge in the home. Getting expensive trying to feed them out all the time!!! Wouldn’t recommend!
